Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks and supporting the overall operations of the organization. This is a vital role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Duties:
- Maintain administrative systems and processes to ensure smooth operations
- Support supply chain management by coordinating with vendors and ensuring timely delivery of materials and contracts
- Assist with contract management, including reviewing contracts, tracking deadlines, and maintaining contract documentation
- Manage materials management by monitoring inventory levels, ordering supplies, and coordinating with relevant departments
- Support Accounting, uploading invoices
- Assist with quality management by conducting audits and ensuring compliance with established standards
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
- Proven experience in administrative roles or similar positions
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain management principles
- Familiarity with contract management procedures and documentation
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
