ROLE DESCRIPTION :

James Gowen - State Farm Agent is searching for a competitive Producer who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships.

You may also assist in developing strategies and establishing quotas for our agency.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
• Work alongside your agency’s team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals / quotas preferred
• Ability to effectively relate to a customer
• Property & Casualty license
