We are looking for a Full time Ophthalmic Clinical Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations and coordination of patient care services.

Responsibilities:

1. Establish and maintain clinical standards of care. Maintain a technician schedule with appropriate lunch rotations for staff that ensures adequate physician support and a smooth, efficient operational flow for all patient visits.

2. Must have the ability to provide full patient work ups to our specifications. Arrange training to ensure the rest of the clinical staff is correctly performing these tasks.

3. Uphold practice policies and maintain a positive staff morale.

4. Ensure the office remains properly functioning by overseeing the maintenance of machine and ordering of supplies.

5. Must have above exceptional customer service skills and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
