A prospective Parts Counter employee of ours would need to possess the following:

• A desire to work hard in a team atmosphere
• Be open to being on a Saturday rotation
• Must be willing to learn and be trained our way of doing things
• Basic Knowledge of the Trucking industry is a must
• General computer knowledge of windows based systems
• Must be organized and willing to keep a clean work space
• Must have the ability to multi-task
• Must have a Customer first attitude and generally enjoy talking with people
• Must be able to pass a drug screen
• Bilingual speaking Spanish preferred but not required

Duties of a Parts Professional include but are not limited too:

• Consistent training to become a Certified Parts Professional through online courses
• Putting the customer first, greeting customers and assist them to find what they need
• Answering the phone and assisting customers
• Constant research online to lookup parts and make sales
• Assist with outside salesperson, to pull orders and write up invoices
• When needed, put away stock, stock the showroom floor and clean
• Communicate with coworkers and management

Wages will be determined during the interview process based on Experience

Pay: $23.00 - $29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week

• Heavy Duty Parts Sales: 2 years (Required)

• Pasco, WA 99301: Relocate before starting work (Required)

Work Location: In person
