Manager ( PCI Lead )

Key Responsibilities:

PCI Lead (HCM/ELM) should be a skilled HR Generalist who will:

• Oversee all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes.
• Support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives.
• Promote corporate values and enable business success through human resources management, including job design, recruitment, performance management, training & development, employment cycle changes, talent management, and facilities management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in leading and managing HR manager activities in a large organizations, with union and non-union populations.

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership abilities to manage and motivate a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90.00 - $95.00 per hour

Experience level:

• 5 years

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
