Hotel McCoy is an event-forward art hotel concept. The Marketing Coordinator reports to the

company’s Marketing Manager and is responsible for executing creative projects, optimizing

guest experience, and producing weekly events.

What the Creative Coordinator does:

● Books, produces, and promotes weekly events including movie nights, live music, art

workshops, art exhibit openings, comedy, open mics, etc.

● Assists Marketing Manager with booking, producing, and promoting several large scale

events

● Creates social media content

● Curates lobby gallery art and in-room art

● Support end-to-end success on group sales, creator, partner, and media visits

● Upholds brand guidelines and updates guest-facing materials such as guidebook,

welcome letter, and signage

● Assist GM with community partnerships, sponsorships, and donations

● Drives and contributes to creative programs and projects as assigned

● Contributes to company marketing and communication campaigns with ideas,

copywriting, and design

Marketing Coordinator Qualifications:

Incredible communication skills

Some copywriting or creative writing experience

Some content creation experience

Some graphic design experience

Ability to translate project briefs into action

Team-oriented

Self-starter

Excellent time management skills

The Marketing Coordinator role is part time, located onsite in Pullman, Washington with a

three day weekly schedule that includes Friday and Saturday evenings (event days).

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $17.00 per hour
