Opening available is an accounting assistant role that would require a good working knowledge of Excel. Any experience in Quickbooks would also be a plus.

Responsibilities include maintaining vendor files, entering invoices into Quickbooks. Attaching pack lists and purchase orders with vendor invoices. Review monthly statements on vendor accounts. Maintain timely and accurate filing of paid invoices and statements. Process invoices to builders and customers when received. Enter payments received and make deposits as needed. Email communications to vendors and customers as needed. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Non-degree, organizational skills a plus, experience with Microsoft programs or Quickbooks.
