Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide exceptional care and support to individuals in need. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in improving the quality of life for our clients by assisting with daily activities and ensuring their well-being.

Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Assist with self administration of medications as prescribed
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the supervisor
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Perform light housekeeping duties, such as cleaning and laundry
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Implement behavior management techniques for individuals with developmental disabilities or autism
- Support individuals with dementia by utilizing specialized care techniques
- Drive clients to appointments, errands, or recreational activities

- Necessary sanitary skills for incontinence

Skills:
- Experience in social work or related field is preferred
- Knowledge of dementia care techniques and strategies
- Familiarity with home care practices and procedures
- Ability to provide patient-centered care with empathy and compassion
- Proficient in working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism
- First aid certification is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively manage challenging behaviors
