Job Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative/sales rep to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain, fleet management, and transportation management systems. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
-Comfortable upselling products, SALES role,

- Handle customer inquiries and provide information about products and services
- Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Utilize fleet management systems for efficient transportation operations
- Assist with dispatching tasks and monitor GPS for vans

Skills:
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes
- Knowledge of fleet management and 3PL operations
- Proficiency in GPS tracking and dispatching software
- Familiarity with GIS tools for route optimization
- Ability to type efficiently and accurately
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
