Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Greet all customers with enthusiasm and respect.
• Set and confirm appointments.
• Writing of repair orders
• Working between the technician and customer.
• Assisting your client through the service process.
• Working with warranty clerk to ensure proper warranty processing and disclosure.
• Handle customer complaints with a compassionate and professional attitude.
• Eager to sell warranties, inspections and other extra essentials to customers.
• Keep CSI at Manufacture standard.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $33,703.00 - $93,925.00 per year
