The WA Brand Representative's territory will be focused in Western WA and the candidate will need to live on the western side of the state.

The primary responsibility of the Brand Representative is to expand the visibility of Heritage Distilling Co. brands within the Western Washington market. This role is responsible for ensuring the Company’s products are being presented properly to consumers, that stock is on hand, developing and strengthening relationships with key account personnel (on and off premise) and executing offsite events, samplings, and outreach. This is a Full-Time role and the candidate must be at least 21 years of age. If quarterly sales goals and pre-established metrics are met, the potential to earn Incentive Compensation is available with this role. The candidate selected for this role will need to successfully pass a background and driving record check.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

  • Support existing HDC product placements by regularly visiting select on and off premise accounts within the region.
  • Build displays, merchandise self-placements, and distribute POS within assigned territory.
  • Collaborate with on and off premise staff members to coordinate sampling/event logistics.
  • Develop a deep understanding of HDC products and effectively educate customers on their qualities including mash bills, flavor profiles, distillation process, etc.
  • Actively promote and sell HDC products during sampling/events driving sales and brand loyalty.
  • Provide support, activation, and memorable experiences for both customers and consumers.
  • Gather real-time photo and video content to be shared with the marketing team.
  • Partner with sales to ensure key strategic account objectives are being achieved.
  • Responsible for setting up, executing, and breaking down all outside events and samplings within assigned territory, a weekly minimum will be required.
  • Accountable for pick up, drop off, and cleanliness of event supplies.
  • Monitor inventory levels of all spirits and event supplies.
  • Strengthen community outreach by identifying a wide variety of opportunities with nonprofit organizations and partners.
  • Strong level of communication and partnership with Director of Events and HDC executives.
  • Work directly with Director of Events to create a route to market strategy providing a detailed recap report each week.
  • Participate in debriefs after events to effectively decipher strengths and opportunities.
  • Responsible for updating and managing webpage events calendar in partnership with Director of events.
  • Participate in monthly tasting room meetings.
  • Participate, as needed, in sales meetings and scheduled work-withs.
  • Represent HDC with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Complete all other special projects as assigned.

  • Possess an eagerness to learn more about spirits, craft, and the overall category.
  • Proficient skills in Excel, Office, and Canva.
  • Reliable access to a vehicle

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
