**Job Overview:** We are seeking a dedicated Front of House Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management and possess excellent leadership skills. **Duties:** - Manage and lead the front of house staff to ensure exceptional customer service - Oversee daily operations, including reservations, seating, and customer inquiries - Train and mentor staff on service standards and procedures - Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed - Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly - Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service flow - Maintain a clean and organized dining area **Experience:** - Previous experience in restaurant management or a related field - Knowledge of food service operations and industry best practices - Experience with banquet or event management is a plus - Strong leadership and communication skills - Familiarity with food safety regulations - Bartending or culinary experience is advantageous - Background in coffee, hotel, or shift management is beneficial This position offers the opportunity to lead a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.
