We are looking for a reliable individual to help with the day to day general cleanup of a commercial property in North Hollywood, CA. This is a part time position.

Work consists of the following:

· Groundskeeping such as picking up trash or dumped debris in the parking lot and disposal in the trash bins;

· Light landscaping such as removal of weeds, dead leaves, or branches;

· Graffiti removal and painting;

· Sweeping and power washing of sidewalks.
