We are looking for a reliable individual to help with the day to day general cleanup and to help the maintenance crew with various repairs of a commercial property in Gilbert, Arizona. This is a full time position, Monday thru Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.

Work consists of the following:

* Cleaning and maintaining grounds

* Helping the maintenance crew with various tasks such as cleaning, painting, plumbing, landscaping, etc.

Must have the following qualifications:

1. Dependable, reliable, and responsible.

2. Reliable transportation to and from work.

3. References.

4. Able to self-manage.
