We are seeking a Customer Service Representative who can take on the role of keeping our field employees and customers coordinated! In this position, we are looking for the best of the best in Colorado Springs to take on this fulfilling and challenging role!

Responsibilities

• Coordinating and scheduling home repair and remodel projects
• Taking incoming calls from customers, prospects and field employees
• Making outbound calls to customers, prospects and field employees
• Handle projects to completion - from initial scheduling to accepting payment
• Prioritize tasks in a fast paced work environment - it's rarely 'boring' in our office!

Qualifications

• Superior verbal and written communication skills
• Outgoing personality; enjoys working with people
• Confident with office equipment and computer applications, to include Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management platforms
• (3 ) years experience working in a customer service field
• Schedule management experience
• Preferred candidates will have basic knowledge of home repair and remodeling!
