Haverhill Bank is Hiring an Operations Associate/Electronic Banking Near Haverhill, MA

Summary:

Performs various duties related to the maintenance of deposit accounts and works with other members of the department to ensure the functions are handled in a timely manner. Assists branch employees, customer support employees as well as customers over the phone with questions and concerns on a daily basis. Provides primary support for Electronic Banking Services such as Online Banking and Bill Pay, Consumer and Business. Primary contact for monitoring and support of Debit Card processing, central issuance, digital wallets and fraud reviews. Primary monitoring of Mobile deposits and commercial customers with Remote Deposit Capture. Back up contact for ACH Origination, Positive Pay, Sweeps and any new Cash Management Services implemented.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide specialized expertise in the following deposit account areas:
  • Consumer and Business Online Banking and Bill Pay
  • Primary person to manage online banking messages
  • Debit Card Processing and Central Issuance ordering
  • Case Tracker (Card fraud cases) o Balance offsite ATMs daily and responsible for cash replenishment of offsites
  • Monitoring of RDC and mobile deposits and iBanking ACH batches (external transfers).
  • Perform daily Operational tasks, some of which include:
  • Monitor eSign forms received for all ACH/Check Stops, debit card orders, online banking maintenance.
  • ACH & check return verification.
  • Research for Customers and Subpoenas
  • Daily reports for electronic banking services, VRU, iBanking, Card processing, etc..
  • Digital Wallet confirmations.
  • Provide expertise, as needed, to resolve complex operational and customer issues as well as assist as needed in audits and exams.
  • Provide service as a backup for Cash Management Services, secondary contact as well as monitoring and reports.
  • Cross train in all other Operations department job functions.
  • Perform reviews of Employee Insight Access changes.
  • Monthly CPI – FiServ – FOS invoice review
  • Comply with all applicable laws, regulations and company policies as stated in Bank’s Code of Conduct.
  • Complete required training including regulatory, systems and others as required by the supervisor based on job duties within the requested time periods.
  • Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.

Job Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Computer skills.
  • Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Customer Service experience/knowledge preferred.
  • Good knowledge of online banking, and other products and services offered by the bank. (cross selling products)
  • Must possess a good work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,457.14 - $51,131.18 per year
