Job position description:

Gowey Title has a full-time position available for a Closing Processor. The ideal candidate must be reliable, have a positive and outgoing attitude, maintain a professional appearance, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment that requires great attention to detail with a focus on customer service.

Job Duties include but are not limited to:

• Greeting customers and obtaining necessary information from the involved parties
• Process sale and refinance transactions and eventually conduct closings on said transactions
• Create ledgers and invoices, post payments, cut checks
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Accurately input, edit, and process orders and documents
• Run local errands
• Clean and stock public areas of the office
• Utilize public databases and industry software system

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
