Job position description:
We’re seeking a full-time Closing Officer who will greet and meet with customers and answer and direct incoming phone calls. The individual will also process and close sale and refinance transactions, post payments, and create invoices. The individual will also input, edit, and process orders and documents. Other duties include running local errands, cleaning the office, and stocking the public areas of the office.
The ideal candidate we’re looking for is someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment, loves customer interaction, has a strong attention to detail, and strives for accuracy.
