Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Front Desk Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our front desk and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel management and hospitality, with a focus on customer service and guest relations.

Duties:
- Supervise all front desk activities, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries
- Train, supervise, and support front desk staff to provide outstanding service
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction
- Oversee night audit procedures and ensure accuracy in billing and room rates
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, local attractions, and events to assist guests effectively
- Monitor front desk performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement

Skills:
- Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality industry
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Proficient in front desk operations, phone etiquette, and guest relations
- Familiarity with hotel phone systems and reservation software
- Ability to perform night audit duties accurately
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities in hospitality management
