Who You Are:

• A kid at heart, skilled in nurturing and motivating
• Stellar communicator with impeccable organizational skills
• Experienced aquatics professional with deep experience in swim lessons.
• Experience with pool maintenance and pool chemistry preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding leadership to the team, ensuring the highest quality of swim instruction and customer service.
• Engage regularly with parents, keeping them informed on their child’s progress and milestones.
• Conduct comprehensive weekly audits and keep all training and operational standards in check.
• Be the go-to leader and coach for your team, ready to jump in and teach or supervise as needed.
• Maintain and foster a safe, engaging, and energetic pool environment for both staff and students.

You Need:

• Experience with children and a passion for education and sports.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Certifications: Lifeguard, CPR/AED, First Aid, and ideally, Ellis lifeguarding.
• 2 years as a swim instructor, or similar experience in youth sports coaching or camp counseling.
