The Life Enrichment Coordinator oversees that all programs meet the needs of our residents, engaging them across a variety of personal and social interests and needs. Life Enrichment Coordinator duties and responsibilities includes: creating monthly calendar with all scheduled activities, Maintaining budget for entertainment and supplies, Bringing residents to and from all activities, set up areas for activities, oversee Life Enrichment Assistant, chart residents participation, help in dining area during meal times, Encourage and monitor safe work practices, hold council meetings and assist with ADLs for residents when needed. Life Enrichment Coordinator must have a great and enthusiastic personality. Must have experience working with Dementia residents . Must know how to maintain composure in stressful situation. Must know how to work well with others.
