Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.
Duties:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations when necessary
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Check customers' identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Monitor inventory levels and restock bar supplies as needed
Skills:
- Experience in food service or hospitality industry
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests in a friendly manner
- Knowledge of brewing techniques and cocktail recipes
- Understanding of food safety regulations
- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in banquet or catering services is a plus
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
