$1000 SIGN ON BONUS
Pay: Up to $22/hr
Location in Lakewood, NJ **THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION**
Monday-Friday 8a-4pm
Overview
This position will require a detail oriented candidate who will be responsible for reviewing patient accounts. Customer service and follow up skills is a MUST.!
Responsibilities
•Collect and review patient accounts
•Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing, with peers, managers, clients, vendors and patients
•Must be able to manage workflow accurately and in a timely manner. Must demonstrate a professional demeanor and excellent customer service skills
•Must proactively communicate with regard to discrepancies, errors, or customer concerns
•Must be organized and be able to learn and use various software programs
Qualifications
•A high school diploma or eqivalent
•1 to 3 years office experience a plus but not requires. Willing to train the right candidate.
•Excellent computer skills; proficiency of MS Office is a must
