Functional Training Services provides a Summer Youth Work Experience program for students with disabilities, and we’re looking for dependable and enthusiastic individuals to fill our summer job coaching positions!

Great job for teachers or other seasonal work looking to make a difference in peoples' lives!

This position is in the Lancaster area.

As a Summer Job Coach, you will:

• Supervise a small group of transition-aged youth.
• Train them in basic work skills.
• Teach them to meet employer/workplace expectations.
• Document their progress throughout the program.

Program Dates: June 6th – July 11th, Monday through Friday

Training is conducted at our Columbus location (near I-71 and North Broadway) then you will move to community worksites.

Additional positions are in Fairfield, Franklin and Delaware counties, hours are approximately 34 each week, pay rate of $17/hr.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 34 per week
