Job Overview: Reporting to the Executive Director, the Donor and Events Manager is an integral part of our organization managing and growing our donor base and overseeing the execution of all Fun Time Academy Events.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain a balanced mix of donor sources and fundraising programs to attract, retain, and engage donors and fundraising activities.
• Plan, develop, and facilitate the logistics for events including coordinating and managing the timeline, planning meetings and pre and post event discussions.
• Collaborates with Marketing Coordinator to develop communication and fundraising support materials such as event materials, publications, and gift recognition programs.
• Maintain accountability and ensure compliance with all regulations, laws, and code of ethics for fundraising professionals while demonstrating professional conduct at all times.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in event management fundraising.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills and a proven ability to successfully increase revenue.
- Must be extremely organized with a critical attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize, meet multiple deadlines, and manage multiple projects with excellent follow-up.
