SUMMARY:
We are seeking an experienced General Manager for a busy full-service property. The General Manager will oversee all aspects of the hotel's daily operation to ensure proper training of staff, delivery of high-quality service and expedient resolution of issues. In addition to being a proven leader, the general manager must be a strong communicator, resourceful and highly adaptive in all types of situations.

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:
Education: Four-year college degree or equivalent education/experience.
Experience: Three full years of employment in a related position

Friendwell Managed Hotels function twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. As a part of the hospitality industry a hospitable service atmosphere must be maintained at all times. All employees are required to project a friendly, welcoming, and positive attitude.
