Responsibilities

As a Commercial Lines CSR you will:

· Use your strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills to resolve issues.

· Use your strong communication skills to secure information and educate the client.

· Use your multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment.

· Enhance the client experience.

· Collaborate with team members and build positive working relationships.

· Answer client inquiries about their policies and coverage.

· Gather risk and exposure information.

· Complete applications and obtain quotes from various insurers.

· Assist producer in developing appropriate proposals and presentations.

· Work in a detail-oriented manner in an order to be as thorough and accurate as possible

· Check policies, endorsements, and audits for inaccuracies and review those policies with clients as needed.

· Issue certificates of insurance and invoices. 

· Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

JOB REQUIREMENTS

· Must have commercial Lines CSR experience in an insurance agency or as a Commercial underwriter 2 years min commercial. (Preferred) If you have five years in personal lines will consider your application.

· Be familiar with the insurance marketplace and its products.

· Know commercial coverage forms. If personal lines 5 years exp will consider training.

· Possess good customer relation skills.

· Be a positive and an optimistic team player.

· Computer literate.

· Experience with AMS360 or other insurance-based software is a plus.

· License/Certification: Property and Casualty License needed, unless you have been an underwriter working directly for a carrier.
