FUSE SPECIALTY APPLIANCES is Hiring a Regional Sales Manager Near Naples, FL

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the sales efforts of our Naples and Fort Myers sales team. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, a proven track record of sales success, and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve regional sales target.
  • Manage and grow key accounts within the assigned region.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions.
  • Lead and motivate a team of account managers to achieve sales goals.
  • Conduct biweekly check ins with assigned account managers in regard to setting sales goal expectations.
  • Assist with the planning of sales exhibits, attend trade shows, and take part in education and training conferences on selling and marketing programs.
  • Resolve trade issues, and builder resolutions.
  • Manage Account Manager mentor program.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to support overall business goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Regional Sales Manager or similar role, with a track record of success in driving sales growth and leading teams
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
  • Product knowledge and ability to work cross functionally.
  • Flexibility to travel within the assigned region as required.
