Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Production Manager to join our team. As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for the complete production and also overseeing the production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of Erin's Elderberries hand made products. Currently this position takes anywhere from 25-40 hours/week, although it can be turned into a full time position with full benefits if the right candidate is found.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
-Learn and perfect making all Erin's Elderberries branded products
-Learn and Understand the mission and production needs of Erin's Elderberries as it pertains to both retail and wholesale customers
-Independently Manage the production schedule of Erin's Elderberries products
-Manage the production assistant to ensure accurate and timely stock of products needed for the store, farmers markets, wholesale orders and special events.
-Undergo training for the shop (register, drinks, etc) in order to be able to provide backup assistance in the event it is needed
-Be available to work Erin's Elderberries large community events (3 times a year)
-Be available to work a large scale event where EE products are exclusively sold, where you would represent Erin's Elderberries food manufacturing (3x a year, very limited)
-Assist with shipping of online orders and wholesale orders when needed
-Be able to take and pass a Food Manager's Certification Course (paid for by EE)
-Be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
-Be able to make a local delivery to one of our retailers if needed
