Warehouse Floater
The Warehouse Floater works as part of the team to ensure that all products are complete, packed correctly, and safely loaded to the correct vehicle while adhering to assigned time schedules. This position picks and packs products for delivery to our customers, loads and unloads trucks, and is assigned delivery routes based on times of increased volume.

Responsibilities

• Loading pallets with different products such as soft drink cases
• Assisting with receiving shipments, unloading trucks, and checking inventory
• Preparing orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area
• Sorting and placing materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to organizational standards
• Assisting in counting physical inventory
• Maintaining safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations orderly
• Completing logs and reports
• Going on delivery routes as needed

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• Valid Driver's License
• Good communication, excellent organizational and time management skills
• Experience as a Warehouse Worker recommended
• Clean background/drug/dmv check

Physical Demands and Abilities

• Must be able to work 8-10 hours a day with flexible schedule
• Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear
• Regularly lift and/or move objects 10-50 lbs, occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 50 lbs.
• Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
• Occasionally required to sit and climb or balance
