Responsibilities

• Assist new car sales associate with customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
• Know the in’s & the out’s of product offerings, optional packages & latest technology.
• Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new and used vehicles.
• Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business and customer satisfaction by email and phone.
• Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations. Must have the ability to perform in a fast paced work enviroment.
• Aide the sales associate in finding specific vehicles, responding to customers, and conducting the sales process.
• Help sales person piece together paperwork for the car deal
• Maintain a high level of CSI for the sales person
