Fayette County State of Ohio is Hiring a Tax clerk Near Washington, OH
Job Description
Assisting the general public, attorneys, title searchers, title agencies, surveying and engineering firms in property research, acquisitions of property records and map locations.
Applicants will be responsible for checking legal descriptions, map readings, and problem solving capabilities to rectify discrepancies between maps, deeds, surveys, and existing public records.
Qualifications
previous office experience preferred.
Working knowledge of standard office equipment and possess the ability to be training on the G. I. S to find necessary information required by the public.
Additional Information
Full Time Position
Monday- Friday 7 : 30 am - 4 : 00 pm with a one-hour lunch
37.5 hours per week.
