Duties & Responsibilities: 

• Interacts and communicates with various groups and individuals such as fellow Assistant Coaches, Head Coaches, Store-Level Team Members, Corporate Team Members, Guests, vendors, consultants, etc. 
• Ensures a high level of Guest satisfaction. 
• Coaches direct reports and ensures ongoing professional development. 
• Ensures Arcade & Bowling areas are adequately staffed at all times. 
• Plans, directs, and manages all aspects of the arcade & bowling areas. 
• Create a safety mindset among team members and ensure safety guidelines are followed. 
• Adheres to and enforces all FACE Amusement policies and procedures and demonstrates commitment to excellent Guest service in all aspects. 
• Develops innovative approaches to maximizing Guest satisfaction and overall revenue. 
• Manage in-store redemption merchandising and display to ensure maximum visual impact and revenue generation. 
• Trains the team and maintains standards in the areas of service and up selling 
• Ensuring the guests bowling & arcade experience is exceptional. 
• Inspects alleys to ensure equipment is operative and observes patrons to detect disruptive behavior and misuse of alleys 
• Manage facility upkeep and maintenance including cleanliness of the facility as well as ensuring functionality of all amenities offered 
• Troubleshooting and handling lane malfunction calls
• Responsible for communicating the daily specials/offers, and provide exceptional guest service at the bowling counter and lanes. 
• Team Member may be required to perform other duties

Requirements: 

• A minimum of 6 months management or supervisory experience in restaurants, retail, entertainment or other leadership roles
• Valid Driver’s License 
• Excellent interpersonal skills 
• Flexibility to work varied shifts to include weekends and holidays 
• Basic business math, accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skills
• Strong Team Player and “People Developer”
• Proficient in Microsoft software (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Demonstrated leadership
• Ability to work in fast paced environment
• Organized, with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Must be thorough and detail oriented
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Enjoy interacting with families and children
• Enjoy having fun!

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
