Hours
We typically work with clients from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm Monday-Friday and weekends on a rare occasion from 9am to 4 or 5 pm.
On a “move day” we will work with clients up to 7pm; but this may only happen once or twice a month and your work day typically starts later on these days.
You will enjoy a flexible work schedule as the start and end time vary from day to day and with each project; which makes it nice for you to have time during the day to do personal tasks during the week when not working with a client.
You will keep an Outlook calendar updated with your availability for a 4-month rolling period that we can use to schedule you with our clients or in the office.
Work Environment
As an Organizing Specialist™, you will work with our fabulous team of Lead Organizing Specialists and Sr. Organizing Specialists™ in the field at high net worth and ultra-high net worth client homes and business offices. This means that you do not report to an office each day, but instead meet team members on location at the client site.
We work in the Greater Seattle and Eastside area and on occasion you may have an opportunity to travel out of the area for short projects to locations on Bainbridge Island or Eastern WA. These projects do not happen often, but if you enjoy seeing other areas; all of your travel, time and expenses are paid for.
You will be given some supplies you’ll need to work with clients, including logo’d shirts.
Client environments will vary from home to home and office to office.
Employee meetings are typically held in the Eliminate Chaos office Redmond.
These happen monthly and we usually try to do something fun during or after the meeting, such as a dinner. Occasionally we have an employee video call.
We work hard and we all enjoy working with each other and having lunch together as a team on some projects. To show appreciation for your work, on some projects, the company will provide you with lunch. Occasionally we all get together for a company-sponsored activity as a reward for completing a large project.
Opportunities for Advancement
We are always looking for the next “rock star” to promote to the next level. This includes increased responsibility, more complex projects, and an increase in pay.
