Responsibilities:

• Be knowledgeable of all in-house and external collection procedures.
• Work with company representatives to process debt collections.
• Determine the validity of debts under collection.
• Be able to communicate with customers.
• Work in a team environment.
• Find and inform customers about unpaid accounts.
• Receive and post payment to customer's account.
• Advise and follow-up with customers on unpaid accounts.
• Keep records and status of customer's account.

Qualifications:

• At least one year of Debt Collections experience.
• Experience in billing, customer service, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.

The annual compensation (OTE) range for this role is $33,000-$90,000. Please note that actual annual compensation may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. The annual compensation reflected includes on-target commissions or variable pay, where applicable.
