Digestive Diseases Associates of Tampa Bay is Hiring a Medical Receptionist Near Brandon, FL

Our GI practice is seeking to hire a full-time Medical Front Desk Receptionist. The job duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Perform registration, check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Schedule appointments, both in person and over the phone
  • Collect patient financial responsibility.
  • Answer incoming calls, manage voicemail messages, route messages appropriately and return applicable patient calls in a timely fashion.
  • Process new patient referrals for scheduling.
  • EMR experience necessary, EPIC experience helpful!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
