Position Overview
A National Account Representative is responsible for servicing all customers within their assigned territory. The position educates Diamabrush customers on our line of floor care products as well as how to use them most effectively. This is a hands-on position where significant (~3 weeks per month) travel within each representative’s region is required. The customer facing nature of the National Account Representative role makes it critical to the success and growth of Diamabrush business.
Essential Job Functions
· Ability to build relationships with new and existing customers to foster a long-term partnership, and ensure the customer is satisfied with their floor care program.
· Representative will need to have excellent communication skills to be able to articulate the Diamabrush products and process.
· Independently manage travel, optimizing schedule for time, budget, and overall efficiency.
· Must be willing and able to provide hands-on demonstration of Diamabrush tools for customers. Continuous training for the customers is required to ensure the Diamabrush program is being followed effectively.
· Able to travel 3 weeks per month within assigned territory (primarily driving).
· Associate must be a self-starter with high integrity and ability to solve problems.
· Must track site visits through Diamabrush database on smart device and/or computer.
· Ability to present or train Diamabrush products and processes to large groups of people.
· Ability to pull demonstration equipment on a 15’ trailer if needed.
Requirements
· Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel
· Excellent customer service skills
· Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
· Willing to travel 2-3 weeks per month
· Valid Driver’s license
