Summary:

This position is administrative facing and will work in conjunction with our Pool & Pond Manager and our Pool & Pond Services Coordinators.

Compensation: $55,000-$90,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Operate at an office desk M-F 8-hours/day during the season. Occasional site inspections required.
• Schedule, route, and dispatch technicians
• Answer 3 or more telephone lines
• Generate estimates and proposals
• Support Maintenance Department Sales team and answer/educate on all aspects of proposed P&P enhancements and repairs
• Oversee the satisfactory completion of all contracted Pool & Pond maintenance services
• Review Pool logs and spot check water balance and quality of Pools & Ponds maintenance

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience managing or leading 5 people
• Types 40 WPM
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite
• Proficient in scheduling and dispatching software
• Exercise basic knowledge of business functions including but not limited to: AR, AP, GM, budgets, P&L.
• Fundamental understanding of Pool, spa, and water feature water balance, maintenance practices, and basic repairs
