We are hiring roofers to serve the greater North Palm Beach Florida area!

Job Overview:
We are seeking experienced Roofers to join our team. As a Roofer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining roofs on residential homes. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work at heights.

Duties:
- Install new roofs on residential and commercial buildings
- Repair damaged roofs by replacing shingles, tiles, or other roofing materials
- Inspect roofs for leaks, damage, or other issues
- Remove old roofing materials before installing new ones
- Measure and cut roofing materials to fit specific dimensions
- Install insulation or vapor barriers as needed
- Apply waterproof coatings or sealants to protect roofs from water damage
- Clean and maintain tools and equipment used in roofing projects
- Follow safety protocols and use protective gear when working at heights

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Roofer or in a similar role
- Knowledge of blueprint reading and schematics
- Familiarity with trim carpentry and concrete forming
- Ability to estimate construction materials needed for roofing projects
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform heavy lifting as required
- Excellent caulking skills for sealing gaps and joints

Must have have workers compensation, liability insurance, and must be able to pull permits.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year

Compensation package:

• 1099 contract

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Ability to Relocate:

• North Palm Beach, FL: Relocate before starting work (Required)
