Digital Boardwalk is Hiring a Client Success Manager Near Pensacola, FL

Job Summary:

  • Build strong, long-term relationships with customers by staying in constant communication and efficiently handling customer problems/complaints.
  • Serve as a company ambassador, keen on educating prospects and customers on the capabilities of the services offered by Digital Boardwalk.
  • Conduct quarterly and annual customer success reports to proactively ensure our customers’ needs are met and/or are sufficiently handled.
  • Coordinate with internal company resources to help facilitate timely resolution on issues impacting our customers and/or ensure customer goals are met.
  • Evaluate risk factors for each customer and proactively evade dissatisfaction or lost business and ultimately drive retention throughout customer life cycle.
  • Provide insight and relay the voice of customers with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, Service Operations, Technical Escalations, Cybersecurity and Compliance, Change Management, A.I., and Business Development.
  • Identify opportunities where Digital Boardwalk could improve a customer’s technology experience and/or aid in the customer’s short-term and long-term growth.
  • Identify industry and/or regulation changes that may impact our customers and communicate with them to ensure adequate measures are taken to facilitate any changes necessary.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Customer Success, Customer Support, Sales, Business Development or Account Management or related field.
  • 5 years in Customer Success, Consulting, Business Development, Sales, or related field.
  • Proven experience building strong customer relationships and efficiently communicating customer concerns.
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and phone communication skills, with the ability to adapt conversations for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Familiarity with sales processes and techniques to drive customer engagement.
  • Knowledge of Business/Enterprise technology solutions.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
