DiGioia-Suburban Excavating, LLC. is a heavy highway contractor located in North Royalton, Ohio. Our area of work includes private site development, subdivisions, Heavy highway and municipal construction projects. We are Looking for someone with a team first approach, is well organized, and highly motivated.

Key responsibility & duties

It would be the responsibility of the Project manager / Estimator to bid and follow a heavy highway/ Civil job package through until completion. You will work with and have the aid of superintendents, foreman and accounting department to see projects through. Responsibilities include:

Manage all aspects of billing/ running projects including the following:

• performing take-offs for bids
• using HCSS heavybid/ heavyjob for bids/ management
• Writing and awarding subcontracts
• Attending precon and job progress meetings
• Formulate schedules
• Prepare cost budgets
• Track actual vs expedited production
• Prepare monthly invoices

Project manager qualifications

• 5 years of experience as an Estimator/ project manager in heavy highway construction
• Knowledge in using HCSS Heavybid and Heavyjob software
• Proficient in Primavera/ Microsoft scheduler programs
• Ability to work with others on projects
