Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives to increase brand visibility and drive revenue growth.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor our in-house graphic designer and wide format printer technician, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Website and Mobile App Management: Oversee the development, maintenance, and optimization of the company website and mobile app to enhance user experience and drive lead generation and conversion.
  • Content Strategy: Develop and execute a content strategy to ensure consistent, high-quality content across all channels, including website, mobile app, blog, social media, and email marketing.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and grow the company's presence on social media platforms to increase engagement and brand awareness.
  • Brand Monetization Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to monetize the brands carried by the company, maximizing revenue potential and creating additional streams of income.
  • Partnership Development: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with brand owners to explore opportunities for co-marketing initiatives.
  • Product Expansion: Identify opportunities for product expansion within existing brand portfolios, leveraging market insights and consumer trends to drive sales growth.
  • E-commerce Optimization: Optimize the company's mobile app to enhance the online shopping experience and drive conversion rates.
  • Branded Content and Sponsorship: Explore opportunities for branded content creation, sponsorships, and endorsements that align with the values and positioning of the brands carried by the company.
  • Events and Experiences: Conceptualize and execute experiential marketing events, activations, and brand experiences that drive engagement and generate revenue.
  • Brand Contract Management: Oversee brand contracts, including vehicle wraps, products promoted on the website, and marketing on the website and mobile app, ensuring compliance and maximizing brand exposure and revenue opportunities.
  • Data Monetization: Explore opportunities to monetize customer data and insights, creating targeted advertising opportunities and sponsorship deals.
  • Measurement and Optimization: Implement robust measurement and tracking mechanisms to assess the effectiveness of marketing and revenue generation strategies, iterating and optimizing approaches based on performance data and market feedback.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Specific experience and expertise in the food industry, preferably in marketing and revenue generation within food-related businesses such as food manufacturing, distribution, or retail.

Required Experience:

  • Proven experience in marketing management, preferably in a B2B or technology-driven environment, with specific expertise in the food industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including CMS, social media management tools, and analytics software.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strategic thinker with a track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
