Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. If you have a passion for the food industry and enjoy delivering outstanding service, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
- Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about the menu
- Upsell additional items and specials to enhance the guest experience
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on tables regularly
- Process payments, handle cash, and operate the cash register
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the restaurant
- Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS or similar software for order processing

Skills:
- Strong guest service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Proficient in basic math for accurate order taking and payment processing
- Familiarity with reservation systems such as OpenTable is a plus
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members
- Ability to upsell and promote menu items to enhance the dining experience
- Experience handling cash transactions and operating a cash register
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and ability to maintain cleanliness standards
