Concord Pediatric Dentistry continues to grow and we need an additional Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. A previous dental background is a PLUS. We are open Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm.
We are looking for a talented and outgoing individual to join us as a Patient Care Coordinator. You will be responsible for keeping the hygiene and operative schedule full; checking patients out, answering phones, scanning documents and scheduling needed follow up appointments. Our new team member will be customer service driven, reliable, vibrant and detail oriented.
Patient Care Coordinator
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
· Checking patients out after their appointments
· Scheduling follow up appointments
· Communication with patients and parents
· Answering phone calls
· Scanning patient information
