Comprehensive Auto Resources Company, Inc. (CARco) is looking to hire a Receptionist for our growing Exton based business. CARco is an Administrator of various automotive aftermarket products and warranties (GAP, Tire & Wheel Coverage, Etch Theft, etc.).

Essential Responsibilities:

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Help Customers with basic questions
• Light Data Entry
• Sort / distribute mail

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to manage multi-line phone system
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to learn customized internal systems
• Ability to multi-task

• Ability to manage time and stay organized
• Very Strong attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Administrative Duties
• Sorting and sending mail
• Answering and routing phone calls
