Cosa Buona is Hiring a Server Near Los Angeles, CA

Cosa Buona is the second restaurant from James Beard-nominated chef Zach Pollack (Alimento). We are a small group of dedicated people trying to bring a little slice of heaven to Echo Park with natural wine and all your favorite Italian classics. We source high-quality local produce and Italian-imported ingredients.What are we looking for? Someone who enjoys food and wine, hosting, and generally making a memorable experience for others. We are looking for a team member who is professional, polished and has a genuine affinity towards hospitality and natural wine. Please note that proof of vaccination is required.What are we offering? $17-$20 per hour plus tips ($20-$25 per hour) and we can be flexible as candidates need; we are looking to fill atleast 3 shifts per week at approximately 4-6 hours per shift with health insurance benefits available for candidates looking for full-time work.
