The position will keep you moving all day; not sitting at a desk as you will be assisting patients with exercises along with computer and phone duties. You will be standing most, if not all of the day. You will help schedule appointments, do administrative work, filing and help patients with exercises. This is a hands on and active position. This is not a clock in and clock out type of job, you can not use your cellphone nor play on Facebook while you are on the clock--- ever! It's truly fast paced and not for everyone.

Candidate must be upbeat and energetic. You'll get to know our patients and greet them by name and with enthusiasm! You will be mindful of and make sure our patients are attended to. To be a fit you must want to own your job as though it were your own personal piece of investment property and your entire livelihood was connected to it. The pay will have a base of $18 during your training period of 12 weeks. After 12 weeks you would be eligible for a pay system based on production that will lead to you making up to $25 per hour at this position. The pay would be a guaranteed base plus weekly performance based bonus.

Normal working hours will be:

Monday 7:20am to 7:30pm with 1.5 to 2 hour lunch break.

Tuesday 1:00pm to 7:30pm.

Wednesday 7:20am to 7:30pm with 1.5 to 2 hour lunch break.

Thursday 1:00pm to 7:30pm with 1.5 to 2 hour lunch break.

Friday 7:20am to 12:00pm.

Saturday 8:20am to 12:00pm.

Your hours may vary slightly with you leaving earlier on some days but you will end the week at or very near 40 hours each week. You must be available all open hours. The shifts you work may change based on office need but will be within the hours listed above. You will rarely go over 40 hours per week. You will work every Saturday morning as well. We want someone looking for a career not just a job. This position will lead to you becoming a MD state Licensed Chiropractic Assistant, if you do not already have this license.
