Role Overview:
As a Case Manager Team Member, you will:
- Meticulously complete new patient paperwork, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Engage in daily huddles, presenting comprehensive reports and preparing essential paperwork.
- Provide informative office tours to new patients, making them feel comfortable and acquainted.
- Conduct thorough new patient consultations, addressing concerns and gathering vital information.
- Skillfully perform exam screening tests, contributing to accurate treatment planning.
- Document crucial information during new patient exams, aiding effective decision-making.
- Present patient financial plans in a clear and professional manner, ensuring transparency.
- Collaborate with the team to support new patients in fulfilling agreements and fostering a patient-centric approach.

- Excellent communication skills, enabling empathetic engagement with patients and colleagues.
- A genuine interest in sales processes, guiding patients through obstacles, and promoting treatment plan adherence.
