Scope and General Purpose To provide guest food and beverage service in a safe and aesthetic manner for breakfasts, dinners, hospitality hours, and/or meeting rooms.

***The working schedule is solely based upon the needs of the hotel business, meaning that the hours worked are directly affected by the hotel occupancy. ***

Main Duties

1. Reports to work on time as scheduled. Well groomed, name badge and proper uniform according to brand/company policies.

2. Practices customer service behaviors, such as listening, initiative, responsiveness, cheerfulness, accommodation, courtesy, honesty, and professionalism.

3. Demonstrates positive Team spirit providing assistance to other Team members as necessary to achieve required standards of productivity and guest care.

4. Makes decisions in the best interest of the property and in compliance with all applicable policies and procedures.

5. Ensures the breakfast and dinner service is set up and maintained by time designated by company/brand policies.

6. Ensures that the meeting room/hospitality hour (if applicable) is set up and serviced as per property/brand/company standards.

7. Ensures that food & beverage (including utensils, napkins, etc.) are displayed in an aesthetic manner.

8. Prepares/replenishes items maintaining quality of the presentation and choice with attention to guest count inhouse.

9. Keeps Bistro area clean, neat, and tidy.
