Chile Relleno is located at the Ko'olau Shopping Center in Kaneohe.

We currently have openings for a Part Time Cook or Prep Cook.

Preferably someone who lives on the Windward Side.

Preferably someone who has experience working in the restaurant industry with the passion to serve others.

Our Business Hours of Operation are:

Monday - Thursday 10:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. and Friday & Saturday 10:00 a.m. - 9:30 p.m.

Responsibilities & Qualifications:

• Safely Prepping of Ingredients and Proper Handling of Food.
• Ability to Cook a Variety of Authentic Mexican Dishes. (Willing to Train).
• Familiarity of Proper Use of Cooking Utensils and Kitchen Equipment.
• Maintaining Proper Sanitation in Common Kitchen Area throughout Shift.
• Ability to Multi-Task Well Under Pressure.
• Ability to Work Individually as well as a Team.
• Ability to Read, Write and Understand English.
• Strong Communication and Organization Skills.
• A Current or Valid I.D. (Drivers License, Passport, Birth Certificate or Social Security Card) Required Upon Initial Hiring.
• Open Availability is highly desirable.
